Earth & Water Law Group Welcomes Craig Bromby
Washington, D.C., June 6, 2019 – Earth &Water Law, LLC (part of the Earth & Water Law Group) announced today the firm’s opening of its office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
With over 40 years of experience in the practice of environmental law, including 25 years in private practice with a large interstate law firm, Craig also served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Deputy General Counsel for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. He also was in-house environmental counsel with a large agribusiness and land development company.

Craig’s practice has concentrated in matters involving land development, water quality, and wastewater treatment, including permitting and enforcement matters under the Clean Water Act and analogous state regulatory programs. He has extensive experience with these issues over a wide range of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, forestry, electric power generation, mining, and real property development. He has been recognized as a leader in the practice of environmental law in Chambers USA, Super-lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Legal Elite. Craig was recently appointed to a five-year term on the NC Coastal Resources Commission.
