Representative experience

We are uniquely positioned to serve as corporate compliance monitors in environmental cases. John Irving worked for three years on a DOJ/Court-appointed monitorship in a foreign bribery matter that involved designing and implementing a corporate compliance program for a large multi-national corporation, and our professionals have extensive experience with environmental compliance. Our credibility and environmental experience are second to none, and we are able to do the work at a fraction of the cost of our larger competitors.
