Earth & Water Law is proud to announce that Partner Tammy L. Helminski has been selected for inclusion in Crain’s Grand Rapids Business Notable Women in Law for 2026. This distinguished editorial recognition from Crain’s Grand Rapids Business celebrates women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and meaningful impact in the legal profession and the broader business community.

Tammy, who joined E&W Law as a partner in 2024, is widely recognized as a leader in environmental law in Michigan. She represents corporations, trade associations, municipalities, airport authorities, and other regulated parties in environmental compliance and remediation matters. Tammy also regularly evaluates, comments on, and litigates state and federal regulatory actions. Her recent work includes helping lead the national PFAS Regulatory Coalition and advising clients on product energy-efficiency compliance and enforcement with the Department of Energy and similar state programs.

Since its inception in 2017, Crain’s Notables has recognized more than 5,000 outstanding leaders across industries through a rigorous peer nomination and editorial review process.
