E&W Partner Susan Bodine, the former Assistant Administrator for EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, participated in a panel discussion on Environmental Enforcement: Policies, Priorities, and the Rule of Law, co-sponsored by ConservAmerica and The Federalist Society. Senator Dan Sullivan of Alaska led off the discussion with a keynote address and the other panelists were David M. Uhlmann, Deputy Assistant Administrator (and nominee for Assistant Administrator), Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, United States Environmental Protection Agency, Eric Schaeffer, Executive Director, Environmental Integrity Project, Former Director, Office of Civil Enforcement, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, United States Environmental Protection Agency, and Jeffrey Wood, Partner, Baker Botts LLP, Former Acting Assistant Attorney General, Environment and Natural Resources Division, United States Department of Justice. The panel was moderated by Michael Buschbacher, Partner, Boyden Gray & Associates PLLC.
